We chose Scenic at the suggestion of friends, with whom we travelled. As people who have never been on a cruise (either river cruise or ocean cruise), we were excited about the all-inclusive nature of Scenic’s cruises. We were not disappointed.

From embarkation until the penultimate day of the cruise, we had an excellent time. The boat itself had a luxurious feel. All the common areas were very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and well appointed. But what made the cruise exceptional were the staff. Everyone from the room attendants, Butlers, serving staff, bartenders, Hotel Manager, and Restaurant Manager were all friendly, kind, and helpful. They were able to accommodate dietary issues without hesitation. If the room attendant saw that you prefer certain items in the minibar, they would ensure you were properly stocked for the next day.
