  3. Norwegian Getaway
Just returned from a 9 day Baltic cruise. First time on such a large ship. Lots of people everywhere always crowds. Trouble with internet went for help waited 1 hour and half for help. Only one person working and just a few hours a day. Very frustrating. Guests services long lines, excursions longer lines. Very few port talks. One on Russian Heritage held at a very small bar area. Probably 20 seats, no standing room left, very disappoint8ng since it was only held once and not any other informative talks held. Norwegian has turned into a floating sales pitch. Talks were almost exclusively on product sales. Buffet was a mad house, quickly learned to stay away. Restaurants all required some wait time. LeRned to eat when they opened to avoid long wait times. The theater was small in comparison to passenger population. No balcony, one floor. Almost impossible to find seat unless again you went early and waited. The strangest room was the now combo library game room. This is a very small room with a few tables scattered around very close together with books along side walks. Room so small no way to look at books without interrupting game players. A fellow traveler said they took library made it into the photo shop. Another sales point, little care for guests needs. Food was good always served well. Crew were always cordial and friendly. Ports were amazing. Main issue sheer number of people and sales pitches. Will stick with smaller ships and other lines.
