My family and I went on the Norwegian Escape on July 7th to Bermuda. Let me start with the pro's getting on and off the ship was excellent. It was fast and smooth. The Specialty Restaurants were excellent. We had dinner at Cagney's, Teppanyaki and La Cucina and the food and service was excellent. Now for the con's -- most rude and nasty staff. They never had a smile on their faces and seemed bothered all the time. The amount of sighs we received was crazy. The food in the buffet is terrible and disgusting. The same everyday. The Manhattan Room (main dining room) the food was cold and horrible. Now for the pool, there was no activities very boring. The cruise director was never seen and he was rude. The Choir of the Man was an excellent show. That was only show that we enjoyed. Never again. No NCL.

Balcony Stateroom

It's was average size cabin. The bed were comfortable and clean. The shower in the bathroom was larger than other cruise ships I have been on before. Main complaint was not enough towels only one towel per person. When I asked still only gave 1 per person.
