This was our second sailing from Seattle to Seattle inward passage cruise. Getting on the ship was very easy until someone forgot to purchase a couple bottles of wine. My wife and I took Uber to a grocery store to purchase four bottles of wine for the two couples. Overall no problems and everyone seemed to enjoy this process. On Sunday morning I went down to the fitness center for my daily treadmill walk. This day was a disaster. I ended up completely tearing my hamstring and actually used the medical staff onboard.

They were outstanding! Everything about the ship was outstanding from the room to dining. Our cabin boys were really nice and went above and beyond to help us. The other couple had minimal complaints mainly about the cost of alcohol and other meaningless things.

My wife and I are currently planning a trip for 2020 and will travel alone next time. I really enjoy Holland America and their clientele. If you enjoy kids take another cruise line! Read more
