Firstly, this was my first cruise, and quite honestly my last. Aside from the good service, we came across many issues that constantly made me regret the decision to go on the cruise in the first place. One of the most important things to know is that they charge you for EVERYTHING and profit off of not enlightening their guests on their many policies.

One of my family members of mine had booked a suite, which costs DOUBLE the amount of a regular cabin, for his family and once they got to the ship, they received a regular cabin with just a bed and couch. They refused to give him a new room or refund him. His daughter had to sleep on a bunk the staff had pulled from the ceiling, which quite honestly was a little alarming. Service was pretty good, everyone was nice.

Food: Unless you want to pay for your food every time you go to eat, you would probably go to either the buffet or the complimentary restaurants. The buffet is just filled with mediocre items that they ruin someway or another. On the other hand the complimentary restaurants, Taste, Savor, and the Manhattan Room, all have basically the same menu, but are disguised as different restaurants. Their food either hits the mark or tastes REALLY bad. Dessert is the only good thing. Ultimately, prepare for the food to leave you unsatisfied.

Port Reviews

Ketchikan

Ketchikan was simple as we just roamed around town. Got some good coffee and bought really comfy souvenirs near the ship. Great view, never seen anything like it.
