Traveled with children

Chose NCL for Activities to entertain a 13 year old boy, amenities for two 80 year olds. Destination to beautiful Bermuda.

The ship was at capacity; much too crowded for our party of 5. LONG lines on all kid friendly activities. Most shows sold out. Specialty dining reservations extremely difficult to make. Childrens pool too small and too crowded. Would suggest including a tween/teen pool, or allowing tween/teen time in adult pool. The ship lack the ability to accommodate so many travelers. Guest services staff not empowered to solve issues; simply offer smiles, apologize and re-iterate that the experience was fully booked. Long lines at guest services. Long waits at elevators. Bars not adequately staffed. Staff told us several times the ship was crowded and sailing at capacity. 13 year old spent more time in cabin reading than opting to wait to participate in activites. He did not consider his time on board as fun/vacation.

We LOVED our dining experience at Manhattan Room, Moderno and Cagneys; Cagneys and Moderno not our first choice. First choice Tapenyaki, sold out. Beyamo sold out. Beverly at Tapenyaki most helpful representative. LaCucina, noisy, average food, hair found in sons pizza.

cabin location okay. Often heard noise overhead. Toilet difficult to flush. A/C difficult to regulate....room either too cold or too stuffy
