We cruised twice on this ship before millions were spent to upgrade this ship. They did a terrible job. They ruined it. It is hard to get around, they added little places on deck nine to get special foods and when walk towards the restaurant in the back you have to wait for people coming the other direction, they downsized the theater, they say if you do not use your lounges at the pool they will remove your towels but half the lounges had towels on them but nobody used them all day, there were a few arguments about this. Everyday there was a sewage smell on deck 9 around the pool and on deck 6 sewage came out of a room. The cruise director “ flying Scotsman” was awesome I give him 10-10’s and also dancers and singers the same. Room stewards were great and the waiters etc. were awesome. We will never that ship again. Kids were out of control, running etc.
