Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

This ship was way too overcrowded. On day one we couldnt even find a seat when boarding the ship in the main buffet area. Day 2 at sea the pool was so full people just sat on the edges - there was no room to swim. There was also no where to sit, every chair had towels or people on it. Day 3 was our first excursion. We waited in line from 9:00-10:05am to get off the ship to get to our 9:45am excursion. Thankfully they waited for us. Day 4 was the private island - Harvest Caye, Belize. When we got off the ship there was a huge pool and beach. Not a single chair was available at this pool. The beach was also overcrowded. We ended up staying for about 45 minutes then got back on the ship. The credit card machine was broken at the swim up bar. Day 5 we tried to eat at O'Shehans. there was a 30 minute wait to get in. Every time we tried to eat at the buffet it was hard to find a seat. On day 2 I went to make reservations in the main restaurant and was told the only thing available was 5pm or after 9:30pm the entire week! There were way too many people on this ship which ruined the whole experience. We've been on several cruise lines including Norwegian and have never experienced anything like this. We likely won't do Norwegian again.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MX

We always rent two rooms. One was a mini-suite with a balcony. The other was an inside cabin for our kids. The rooms were not terrible. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The staff was fantastic.
