I never imagined how beautiful and big it was!! I felt like a little kid. So much to see, so little time to see it all. We explored the ship many times and I'm sure there is more to see. I was amazed at how easy it was to find a quiet place to sit and read with so many people on board.

We stayed in a Promenade room on the 8Th floor. We were a little nervous because on our only other cruise we had a balcony room. We didn't miss it at all. (Well maybe a little bit.) I loved the window seat and looking out over the promenade. The bathroom was very small but it was fine. I used the seated vanity to do my make-up and hair. It would have been tough in the bathroom. The size of the room was perfect for two but both my husband and I said it would have been tough with our teen-aged daughters along. We were also pleasantly surprised at the lack of noise coming from the promenade.

I thought the food was very good. We ate in the Windjammer most of our lunches and dinners. We had Pizza in Sorrento's one day and that was very good. Most of our evenings we ate in the dining room. We were very well taken care of and really enjoyed the food. The Prime Rib was the best I've ever had. There were a lot of interesting choices on the menu, especially the appetizers. Our waiters were fabulous.
