The A/c and toilet did not work in my room and several other peoples rooms on my floor for over a day. The Guest Services were not very helpful. The food and beverages were good and their staff was excellent. The ship did not seem to have their act together in that lots of things were advertised that did not occur or they were listed on a wrong day. The entertainment was excellent. The piano player was awesome. They sprayed your hands with sanitizer every time you entered an area with food. The free drinks added to the value of the cruise and the drinks were well made and readily available. The excursions were cheaper if you did not purchase them through the cruise. They have things marked down in the gift shop like you are getting a deal on jewelry or the artwork but when you check the internet it is still way overpriced. I was on this same ship one year prior and everything was excellent.
