Cabin: Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom

We chose this cruise for the ports. The Baltic ports were great. Unfortunately, this ship is poorly designed and way understaffed. And the staff, although friendly, was unable to do much if it wasn’t in their guidelines. No extra towels, etc. there was ALWAYS a 45 min line for customer service desk. Day and night.

The specialty Restaurants only open at night and they are hard to book. The other food was about quantity not quality. Staffed gave us wrong information about free meal packages. The Poorly designed ship filters everything into the very loud and crowded atrium. They wouldn’t help off load luggage or book a taxi because we left too early. Good grief. On a positive note, they have a Starbucks where you can buy good coffee.

Bottom line, They nickel and dime you for everything. The internet, free drink packages and dinners - that you pay a 20% charge for tips- aren’t free. Think those go to the staff? We could have gone on a luxury small ship and had excellent attentive service for what we paid.

Cabin Review

Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom

Balcony was huge but echoed so you hear everything your neighbors do and say. It was out of the wind at least.
