First trip to Alaska. We flew into Seattle 2 days early. We flew out of Nashville at 6:30am so, that put us in Seattle around 9:45am. Luckily our hotel stored our luggage until our room was ready. I highly recommend staying at the Residence Inn/Lake Union. This was a great hotel that wasn’t in the downtown craziness. Views of the lake were awesome! It was only a $10 Uber ride to the ship.

The ship was great!! We were in cabin 9248. This was a really good location on the ship. Decks 6,7,8 are where the majority of restaurants, shopping etc. are located. We rarely used the elevator. Our cabin had a balcony which I highly recommend getting! I think this side of the ship has great views. We were surprised at the amount of storage in our cabin. The bed was comfy, bathroom was big with a good size shower. We had a small refrigerator that came in handy.

We never ate at any of the speciality restaurants because the food and service in the complimentary restaurants was great! All crew members were Awesome!
