First I want to say as usual the staff working these ships are top notch and have no complaints. Now let’s talks about Princess Cruises. Very old poorly maintained ship. Definitely needs an update....or heck how about a little paint and some new carpet. Geez. For height of summer cruising you would expect better or at least we thought from Princess. Run down equipment. Lack of supplies or activities for the amount of people. Food was average at best. If you have children under 16 better bring something for them to do. Most activities weather for kids or adults had more adults participating and made all lines excessively long. And how much space really needs to be devoted to art sales when the art has nothing to do with the ports of call. If you are going to constantly hawk art why don’t you at least have local artist from the ports of call be on sale vs some random Thomas Kinkade or Peter Max crap. had higher hopes for Princess. I would look elsewhere for sure before booking with Princess.
