Traveled with children

We booked an Edge Villa suite as a treat for me after my illness and instead of being spoilt we were constantly frustrated.

We could not use the “exclusive to suites retreat pool and spa” on day 2 as they were filming to promote the ship until 9 pm. No-one ( even our Butler) apparently knew about it and we only found out after we opened our direct door to the retreat to be told the area was closed for filming.

After making our way to attend a talk on jewellery at 3.30 pm ( because we couldn’t use our exclusive pool and spa area) after waiting for 15 m we asked security if we were in the right place only to be told it had been cancelled. We were promised pamphlets to be delivered to our room for a rescheduled talk - nothing arrived.
