The staff was amazing starting from the time we got on board until we got off. They made our stay a memorable one. We adored Gerald Casillo! He was the best! The food was incredible and this included the Garden Cafe as well as the specialty restaurants. We found the bartenders to be not so friendly and seemed annoyed at times when ordering drinks. Although we were only able to see The Manhatran Club because we were too late in trying to see other shows the entertainment was top notch! The Karaoke at the 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar was the best. Both my husband and I along with our kids spent alot of time there and Rafiqic was by far the BEST!! Alex the cruise director rocked it! He was lots of fun and found him to be the perfect person for this job! What can I say about Bermuda? It was absolutely spectacular and we can't wait to go back on the Escape to Bermuda again!
