Overcrowded cruise, pools wall to wall people, no way I would get in, had to wait in lines for food, water ice. Only one floor on the entire ship to get water, lemonade and tea. They give you tiny kid cups to drink from. Food was average. The ship windows were dirty. Everything costs extra. If you buy a soda package for kids, they have go to the bar to get a soda, and carnival adds tips on everything. The staff were hard working, however this is clearly a mismanaged company with an owner who is only interested in making money. Don’t pay for the Wi-Fi, we added this and it only worked about a 20% of the time. Major overcrowding problems on this cruise. We’ve been on Disney and it was first class. The families we were with will never do Carnival again. Think twice before you book, I would not recommend. Posts were full of trash, Grand Turk beach and ocean had cups, trash about. Horses on island thin looked unhealthy. Other passengers told us they snorkeled to view trash and that Carnival had been fined for dumping trash in the ocean. Stateroom hot, we were told the temperature was within carnivals accepted range. They brought us fans. Halls often smelled of sewage. The owner of Carnival should go on this trip!
