My husband, two kids (7 & 14), and myself sailed on the Jade on their 10 day Italy/Greece cruise and had a great time!! The itinerary was amazing and the main reason for us choosing this cruise. We sailed from Rome and our ports were Santorini, Athens, Mykonos, Chania/Crete, Valletta/Malta, Messina/Sicily, Naples and Livorno. This was our first time on NCL and was nervous because of the some of the negative reviews but I am here to report that we had nothing positive experiences. The food and variety was outstanding in the buffet for dinner with highlights being Greek night, prime rib, brisket, Asian, and Italian night. We had the dining package and ate at Le Bistro, Cagney’s, Teppanyaki, and the Italian restaurant which were all excellent! We had a mini-suite 11016 and it was a great size for a family of 4 with lots of storage and space. We never felt cramped. Only complaint by the kids was that the sofa bed was hard. Our cabin steward was friendly and did a great job. We saw one show Elements and it was excellent! My teenage son enjoyed the entourage club and my 7 year old daughter enjoyed Splash Academy every night! We really enjoyed our cruise and would definitely sail on NCL again!
