Royal Caribbean serenade of the seas was our first experience to Bermuda but our 3rd. cruise. Checking in on the ship went smooth and fast maybe 15min. Stepping first foot inside the ship we were greeted with live Caribbean singers/music and staff with drink trays. Bright colorful lights and beautiful decor. We walked the ship taking our own tour and found everything to be clean, new, big and colorful. So much to see and so much we wanted to do for fun later on. Our cabing was spacious and clean. Our steward met with us right away. Our luggage was already in our room. Hungry we set off for the buffet. Super friendly staff. Amazing yummy food choices. Fresh and presented beautifully. Right after we set sail and the entertainment begins. Shows, movies, live music all day and night. Pool and hot tub were super. Big screen tv played the sports over the pool outside. So much to see enjoy and do! Our stateroom balcony was lovely to escape with a cocktail and a book from the library. Daily itinerary was over the tv in our room. Easy to find and follow. Getting off the ship was simple, fast and easy. Excursions were easy to take offered at the dock. Getting back on the ship.was the same. Ship staff because friendly with us. The ship gave us spending money as a gift for our anniversary. So very overall pleased and already rebooked for the next cruise!
