My wife and I have never been on a cruise before. We chose this cruise as it was an Alaskan cruise and we have always wanted to go.

Embarkation was good - very organized and quick.

Dis-embarkation was a nightmare. The wrong directions were given, it was confusing and we stood for over an hour and a half. Plus, disgruntled people were everywhere.

Cabin Review

Spa Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M9

The cabin was ok. Its just a place to lay your head basically. Its very small, but they managed to fit a king sized bed in the cabin. We could hear what our neighbors (either side and above and below) were doing and saying in their rooms. It seems Norwegian is trying to pack as many people as they can on their ships to get the most money out of the trips. Its kind of sad - they are sacrificing quality for quantity and concentrating on the almighty buck.

Port Reviews

Juneau

Excellent experience! We had a lot of fun and we would go back.

Skagway

It was ok. A bit long and hot, but ok.

Skagway

Tons of fun! We got to get in our own UAV and drive ourselves. It was great!

Glacier Bay

What an experience! The ship parked right off of several glaciers. We got to see ice chunks falling off and the colors were amazing!
