Having traveled on Princess before to Alaska I knew I wanted to do it again. The itinerary was perfect. I loved cruising Glacier Bay and seeing it all from my balcony. A balcony cabin is a must for this scenic cruise. I signed up for a balcony glacier photo and got some of the best pictures without having to fight for the rail on the upper decks. I strongly recommend taking the White Pass railway in Skagway. Such a beautiful scenic ride. The cruise director John was the best I have ever had on a cruise. So much fun. Loved the broadway styled shows they had too. The park rangers and guest speakers were very interesting and added to the experience of seeing and learning about Alaska. Embankment and disembarking were very smooth and easy. Food choices were abundant and we enjoyed eating at various places throughout the day. Will definitely being taking Princess again.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BB

Wonderful! Plenty of closet and storage space. Balcony was the best thing to have on this scenic cruise. Our cabin steward Gil was the best. Always kept our cabin refreshed

Vancouver

Cruise terminal was easy to find and very quick to check in

Ketchikan

Such a fun show. Watching them in action is a must. Short walk back to ship through the town.

Juneau

The views are breathtaking from the plane. Taking off and landing on the water was very smooth.

Skagway

Delicious lunch followed by a short tour of the gardens.

Skagway

This is a must do! The train ride is amazing and breathtaking. Narrator gives very knowledgeable info during the ride

Skagway

Beautiful view and easy to cross. Young and old could do this.

Glacier Bay

Our shipped sailed thru glacier bay and had park rangers come onboard to narrate. Beautiful from any side of the ship since the ship turned around so both sides had great views of the glaciers
