Intruders rather than welcome guest

Expect a boat that is not only old but is in disrepair. There were multiple railings missing with straps as replacements. Inside our cabin a drawer and ceiling light was broken. Later in the cruise our door lock broke and needed to be replaced. We even had trouble with the toilet flushing. It wasn’t stopped up, by the way. It just wouldn’t flush. All of this could have been overlooked if the staff throughout didn’t make you feel like intruders instead of a welcomed guest. We saw our cabin steward on the first day and never saw him again. Towels were left unchanged, dirty glassware was left in cabin. From the dinning room to the computer room staff hardly said hello let alone provide a service. We actually walked out of dinning when ignored for 20 minutes. Alaska, on their other hand is a must see! It was absolutely stunning. We loved Hubbard Glacier and took the shore excursion for a closer look. The day spent in Glacier bay was also breathtaking.
