Sail Date: Jun 2019
Cabin: Deluxe Veranda 2B

We chose this cruise because of the great itinerary. This was supposed to be our dream vacation to a dream destination. Celebrity sells itself as upscale but are anything but. Their parent company RCCL provides a lot better experience.

Everything started out great. Embarkation went smoothly. We then got to our aft balcony room to find multiple holes in the curtain liner and $5+ for a bottle of water in the room. I don't call that upscale. We had the premium beverage package but that doesn't include room service or in room mini bar for some reason. You would at least think the water would be included.

Next was the internet support. Internet service went from minimal to nothing at all and bounced back in forth. Only when I went to the mid part of the ship would I get good internet.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda 2B

Cabin 2B

Holes in curtains and poor/no internet service. Otherwise the Sunset Veranda was perfect for us. We love the larger balcony and view from the aft of ship. Steward was outstanding.

Port Reviews

Basic hop on and off. Hardest part was getting to it with no wheelchair assistance getting of ship. Otherwise worked fine.
