We choose this cruise due to the itinerary. But sad of most of the Italian ports the ports in the most important like Florence left to early. And in other Countries where there was much to adventure stayed quite late. The ship is very old and outdated. Noticed duct tape in the oceanview cafe on the carpet in several places. The windows were dirty. Rust all around our balcony and bathroom. The ship just did not have the sparkle of clean like my other cruises. We were quite disappointed for this being our first on Celebrity we have cruised 16 on Royal and heard Celebrity was a step above. The TV broke off the stand while we were at dinner and it took 2 days for the TV to be fixed. We had to keep calling. I was told they were refurbishing the ship - they only thing we saw if one day when we returned there was a new shower head. WOW.. This ship should not be charging passengers full price for the old out dated tired lady.

Nothing special for elite members - never heard what was going on. No Captain Club like others - no special check in for elite former quest. It was not the crews fault for the tired ship but it is Celebrity Management fault for letting a ship like this be afloat and charge the price they do. Only one of the 4 (one was canceled) shore excursions was good. The others were a waste of time and money but it is not much the money as it was a waste of time in the cities. They did not hold up to the standards. Celebrity needs to vent their 3rd parties. They were awful. Do I recommend Celebrity Excursions to anyone NO>

Would I go again NO NOT on this ship and not sure if I would on Celebrity. I could go on but don't have enough space. Totally shocked with Celebrity
