Our very first cruise experience was on the Caribbean Princess in 2005. We fell in love with cruising. The Caribbean Princess has aged well and the changes made are a plus! Ship was in very good shape. Staff were very welcoming. Matt and Kelly, the cruise director and his assistant, were exceptional!

The room was updated, clean bed extremely comfortable. Great mix of entertainment. We were kept informed throughout the cruise as to choices, where we were, etc. Plenty of seating by a variety of pools. We do like the extra number of pools.

Only complaint was jumping and diving rules not enforced at the Neptune pool. The adults facilitating the games kept other adults from enjoying the pool. Yes we should have complained but Princess should have stopped them.
