We chose this cruise because of the ship (wanted to try a quantum class) and the fact that it was two solid days in a great port (Bermuda). Side note, Bermuda itself is amazing. Five stars.
This was our 11th cruise, 2nd with royal caribbean. Most of our previous cruises were with the sister company Celebrity. We were two adults and our 7yo son & 4yo daughter. We opted to book two adjoining interior staterooms for the same price as one balcony. We don't spend a lot of time in our cabin and having the extra space and a second bathroom was fantastic. I would highly recommend this if you're traveling with kids.
Pros: Bermuda is great and it was nice not to feel rushed. The ship itself is very pretty and kept clean. Staff is nice. The entertainment is plentiful and you can tell that RCL puts a lot of money into it. Very talented musicians and dancers. The production shows themselves were odd (especially Spectra's Caberet).
Cabins have a lot of storage and the showers are a decent size for a cruise ship. The virtual balcony is nothing special. The beds are very hard and the AC never worked well enough to feel comfortably cool. We book to adjoining interior rooms on deck 7 for our family of four. It was great to have the extra space, everyone to have a bed and the extra bathroom. It was the same price as one balcony.
Getting to the port was a traffic mess. Once we were in the terminal, check in was a breeze and the staff was so nice.
