Wanted to revisit Japan, enjoy TransAtlantic sea days, heard wonderful comments re: Crystal. This cruise was spectacular in both food, lectures and personal service. Have been on 50 cruises over the years and found the Symphony to be one of the very best!
Personal service from the luggage delivery to the transfers to and from the airports were truely first class. The employees knew who we were by the second day and their courtesies were most appreciated! Food was excellent everywhere we ate on the ship!
Speciality dining was excellent and available most of the time!
Excellent location, Deck 8, starboard side towards rear of ship. Clean, quiet, lots of storage, large veranda because of location. Very comfortable bedding, air conditioning worked well and responsive to resettings. Could use better reading lights over bed!
Bathroom with double sinks and tub shower combo! Getting into tub could be a challenge to a person with mobility issues! Shower is great and the curtain does not encompass your wet body. Heavy robes and slippers.
Excellent, comfortable transportation, guide spoke English well!
Excellent port - easy to get around, shopping is excellent!
Fun trip, no real physical activity, train is a short walk fro the dock!
Rain soaked day, chilly, did not leave the ship as we had been there on 3 previous occasions
Rained all day - stayed aboard and enjoyed bridge lessons, movie and relaxing times!
Felt like royalty, beautiful hotel, excellent service, excellent retail store in the lobby areas!
Wonderful visit - tea at the Empress was exceptional!
Very complete tour, beautiful city, parks, gardens everywhere. New bus, lots of opportunities to take pictures and visit shops! Enjoyed immensely!
Ship allowed us to invite someone aboard for dinner whom we had not seen for many years! Thank you Crystal for this special treat!
