Very unhappy with Amalfi dining room. Changed to Portofino which was much better for service and food quality. Princess seems to nickel and dime for too many things - soda, bottled water. No longer offers happy hour prices and drinks very expensive. Star is old and showed its age - worn out furnishings. We have said with princess many times but will no longer choose them. Limited kid activities for a family centered destination.

Horizon buffet very poor. Food and staff not good.
