This was our 6th. cruise with Princess, and it will be our last. The ship is in need of repairs. The varnish on the balcony railings was peeling off. The sliding glass door in our room would only open part way in the morning, but once it got warm it would open all the way. Hot water in the shower was hit or miss. The toilet malfunctioned twice. The couch in the room looked like one you would find in a second hand store (lumpy, stained, ect.). The desk and chair should have been replaced.

Our room attendant was one of the best we had on any cruise. I found that the bar staff, the wait staff in the main dining were also excellent.

The people responsible for shore excursions really need help. We were misdirected by the staff on two excursions. We were give the wrong tour packet once.
