We have been on many cruises, in many parts of the world. Our cruises have been a mix of Oceania and Princess. We expect a clean ship. It’s the only way to avoid disease. We constantly wash our hands.
The Reflection was by far the worst experience. No wash stations at the buffet. Many waiters pimping booze, but not cleaning tables. No beverage service at the tables, the centralized beverage station is a disease cluster with people coughing over it.
No visible crew wiping down of common contagion points - elevators, handrails, etc for the entire cruise.
The Celebrity Reflection is not a clean ship.
We both got norovirus - medical support was good.
Two days of quarantine, but stomachs have not fully recovered.
Substandard entertainment. Princess far better.
Theater not handicapped friendly.
Dining room tables packed like sardines.
Only good cooking in the specialty restaurant - which they constantly hawked to get you to sign up for.
Poor quality of room service food.
Never Celebrity.
Never again.
How do these ship design idiots expect a 75-year old to stand on the bed to store anything on those shelves?
