Sail Date: May 2019
Cabin: Balcony, obstructed view

This is our 13 Cruise trip and the third with Cunard. We sailed before on QE and QV, but it was our first time on the mighty QM2. The ship was iconic and displayed luxury interior deco in all areas. However, it lacked some of Cunard elements and plenty of cosmetic maintenance. We understand that it has been built as a translantic ocean liner, but the entertainment and the activities did not meet our expectations for 8 days full sea sailing.

The food was great in term of quality, quantity and dining experience. We can't say exceptional or outstanding tho.

Although, the customer service was pleasant by the staff in the public areas and the cabin alike, the senior management did not show positive courtesy or professional attitude.

Cabin Review

Balcony, obstructed view

Cabin DB

The Cabin was average but the TV entertainment was nice for a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean.

The carpet was dirty and tired and the balcony bar had a lot of sea salt from previous cruise which needed cleaning before accepting new guests.

The shower got broken and the drain was blocked on separate occasions but repaired instantly upon our request.
