We took this cruise to see a number of interesting ports/countries that we likely would never have seen any other way. Our mini-suite was spacious, with good layout and ample storage for 3-4 for the 2 week cruise. Our steward kept the cabin clean, we saw him daily, and he was responsive to our requests.
We dined at all of the restaurants on board, except for La Cucina. Outside of certain specialty restaurants(Cagney's and Le Bistro), the food quality was merely adequate. Outside of the buffet and O'Sheehan's, all of our meals took between 1 1/2 and 2 hours to complete. Service tended to be cheerful, but slow. This made us gravitate toward the buffet more as the cruise progressed. (Also, when you taste something disappointing at the buffet, it's easy to set it aside and try something else.) We found the afternoon snacks at the Great Outdoors on the back deck to be fresher and more flavorful than the regular buffet.(Don't know if the chef staff was different, but the quality seemed better.)
We found the performers in the shows to be skilled, but not particularly exciting. (The Elvis impersonator was very entertaining.)
Plenty of space in the cabin. Nice to have a bathtub.
Located under the pool deck, so on a cruise in a warmer climate, deckchair movement in the morning may be a problem if you're trying to sleep.(I always bring earplugs when I cruise.)
Bicycling on the Curonian Spit and in old town Klaipeda. Very entertaining guide. The activity level was greater than described by the NCL literature. A number of people in the large group had difficulty keeping up.
