We chose this cruise as my husband does not like to fly and Boston is convenient to us. We enjoyed the cruise. The water was choppy the first night - it always seems that way when leaving Boston.

The ship crew could not have been nicer. Anyone we encountered was helpful and had a smile. The entertainment was good and the atmosphere was very casual. We ate a lot at the Buffet and it was pretty good. The best meal for my husband was the Lamb Shanks - served in the dinging room - he said it was the best he ever had. While we didn't always like the main entrees offered, we always found something that we liked. We liked the Brazilian Restaurant - where they slice the meat off of skewers at your table.

We paid the $20 so we each could text each other while on ship. I really like the NCL App and recommend it. you can instantly see your bill and track expenses as well as see what is happening on the ship. The texting worked great.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Inside

We were on deck 5 and paid extra to be mid ship. It was a clean, small and quiet cabin.

Port Reviews

King's Wharf

We took a three hour taxi tour with Myron for $50 per hour. He was very nice and took us to Spittal Pond so I could go birding (a bit). We climbed the lighthouse and saw several nice beaches and the wolrd's smallest drawbridge.
