Just returned from a first cruise on Constellation . Was a bit worried as some of the reviews mentioned wear and tear and dated ship. Worry not! The ship looks great, immaculately clean, a lovely stateroom, (maybe not the most modern of colours) and beautiful communal areas.

But what made this trip so good were the staff, right through from the stateroom attendant to the restaurant and the entertainment team, everyone was welcoming and attentive. Somehow they managed to combine friendliness, fun and fantastic service.

Food was excellent wherever we ate, entertainment was varied and fun. Live music in bars was relaxing and not too loud. We had Free Dining and were prepared to share a table. As such, whatever time we arrived for our evening meal, we were seated immefiately. Read more
