Embarkation was fairly swift, but lacked information for passengers who had not used NCL before.

The Epic is getting tired and jaded and there was a general feeling of cutbacks being made. In addition, it cannot cope with the volume of passengers, especially on sea days.

The pool for very small children was closed on several occasions and there was a definite question with regard to hygiene standards in all the the pools
