Everything was great - itinerary, food, the ship, and service. We picked the cruise up in Le Havre, spending 3 days prior in Normandy and 5 nights in Paris. There is a free shuttle from the train station in Le Havre to the ship or take a taxi. We did traditional dining for most nights and had great table mates. We used anytime dining for some late excursion days. Ate at the Crown Grill specialty restaurants and enjoyed the Crab Shack night for King Crab. Service was exceptional. The Horizon Court was our go-to breakfast and service there was great including my husband’s special requests. The cruise director and staff did an excellent job. There was so much to do aboard ship we didn’t even scratch the surface. Entertainment was very good to excellent with some definite standouts. The music and dancing options were all enjoyable. We did all but one excursion from Princess. Most were excellent. The ports and overall itinerary was great. Lots of options for excursions and we did a lot of full day excursions. Would highly recommend this cruise for the British Isles unless you like bus touring. You see so many great ports and places.
Loved the size of the mini-suite, 2 large screen TVs, 3-cushion sofa, tub/shower combo.
Did an outside tour of Blarney and Kinsale. Gardens in Blarney Castle outstanding.
Least favorite tour because of poor tour guide and big event occurring at the castle. Lunch was included and not good.
