This ship is incredible. The best cruise we ever had. The sunset veranda rooms are definitely the best, short of an Aquaclass or suite. It is larger and a has a huge balcony...and it's quiet. We were on deck 11. Our cabin steward (Wyan) was so attentive we never wanted for anything. Room service is prompt and friendly. The shows are fresh and interesting and the performers can be found all over the ship doing exciting things. Eden is exquisite and the performances are really different (in a good way). The staff could not have been nicer. I've never been on a cruise where the senior staff were along the way to greet you and wish you a great day on the way off the ship in each port, and on the dock to greet you when you returned from your excursions. The waitstaff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to accommodate. We used all four of the main dining room and ate at the Steakhouse, Eden, and Le Petite Chef. The latter was the most fun evening ever. The food was always well prepared and delicious. If I had one complaint it was that you could not make a reservation in the main dining rooms on the app. The 7000 number almost always had a recording saying to go to the restaurant to make a reservation, and often there was no one at the restaurant prepared to do that. We managed to work around that and they always willingly accommodated us without a reservation, but since so much is doable on the app, that would be a nice addition. I will definitely cruise this ship again.
