My husband and I traveled with another couple for a long weekend getaway. The new updates they have added to the ship were great. The Escape room was a lot of fun and definitely different than what we were used to locally; which added to the excitement. The water slides were great but closed at 6pm or 7pm every night. The pools and hot tubs other than the poolside movie pool closed by 7pm. Mini golf and the rock wall closed at 5pm or 6pm every night. This was a bit disappointing since it would have been nice to do some of these things outside of the normal kid hours. The food in the main dining room was great and we had wonderful choices with a good variety. The room service food was not edible and definitely not work the $7.95 charge they have now added to the service. We had the opportunity to eat at Izumi, it was amazing! Great experience and amazing food! The excursions of CocoCay were a bit disappointing because this was the first time they had two of their ships in port at the same time so you had very limited access to any excursions. Way too many people for one island when two ships are there at once. However, CocoCay was fun, clean and colorful. My biggest complaint was the number of smoking areas!!! It seemed like every where we went there was a smoking area! The casino, of course, was smoking but so were many outside locations. Even on whole side of the ship on the pool deck was smoking, and with the wind blowing it really meant the whole pool deck was smoking area. I found it disgusting for myself and travel companions but if my kids would have been traveling with us we definitely would have complained for the amount of smoke that was always present by the pool.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our trip, with a few disappointments.
