Sail Date: May 2019
Cabin: Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

Cruise was part of 23 day Rockies and Alaska package. Paid extra $1200 to be upgraded to Verandah and had a cabin that was partially obstructed and the balconies from higher decks looked down on our balcony. Food in the main dining room was extremely patchy and not of the standard promoted.

The embarkation process at Vancouver was very prolonged as guests were herded like cattle from area to area. Once on the ship the cabins were available which was a plus.

Found it almost impossible to hear announcements as they are not on the ships TV.
