Choose this cruise for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The ship was lovely after its recent refurbishment. The Stateroom was nice and comfortable with plenty of storage. After asking for some softer pillows we slept better. The shampoo provided was hopeless and the toilet paper not so soft. The selection of food was good and the Sea View Cafe spacious. I didn't like the way we were constantly asked to purchase specialty dining. The main dining room was good and waiters pleasant. Food portions sometimes a little small but you could always get an additional serve, even the lobster. The most impressive part of the cruise was the entertainment. All the shows were excellent. The captain was very approachable and friendly. He was often around the ship mingling with the passengers. He also got us to ports ahead of schedule and gave us an amazing close up view of the Hubbard Glacier.
Just looked around town. Not much to do
