We chose this ship for the ports of call and because we have sailed twice before on Norwegian, including one other time in the Haven. We will continue to sail with Norwegian, and we would certainly sail on the Epic again.

1) Crew - OUTSTANDING. Omar and David, our concierges in the Haven. Great help when needed and always a friendly word when passing by. Next, our cabin steward, every waiter/waitress and bartender that we met. Reading the other negative reviews, I wonder how the guests behaved towards the staff. These hardworking and gracious people deserve respect and thanks. I have not seen a more hard working or dedicated team.

2) Entertainment - WOW. We are not a dance family, but the Burn the Floor show as amazing. They combined a wide range of dance and music that held our family (18, 21, 51, 53) attention for the entire show. The Howl at the Moon dueling piano had us every night they played.
