Room not clean - asked to be cleaned again prior to unpacking had to ask for clean pillowcases, face washers
Tv not working No satellite reception once you leave a port
Water not given at dinner time in restaurant you had to pay for a bottle.

Was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from previous day. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy. Broken tiles. The button of the toilet was black with scum that hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Sheets were old and had stains and holes in them
