First time cruising and we chose Alaska for it's scenic. It's was our 29th anniversary and decided on Celebrity Solstice after reading the reviews. We got a really good price and the weather was wonderful. Would go again. Ports were very nice. If going again would just choose the land tour next time. Ship was nice. Just needed a little more entertainment and maybe a couple of quick snack places. Ocean side café was just ok with bland food. Main dining was good and our staff was very good. We had a balcony on the 10th floor with concierge class. Was nice. The shows were ok. There really wasn't a lot of activities do to. Skayway was the best port. Would recommend the train ride. Didn't have any problems with the embarkment and disembarkation. Would have like a little more variety in shops beside jewelry and purses. Have read prior reviews about too much upselling but we didn't see much of that beside some stands posted around the ship. Overall a very nice experience and we enjoyed ourselves.

Cabin C2

Had a nice cabin. Just need outlet by the bed espcially if someone needs to plug in medical machine.
