We like the convenience of cruising out of the NY area ports. Love Freestyle Cruising on NCL.

We found the Breakaway + Class ESCAPE easy to get around and full of fun activities and great entertainment. All of the places we ate at were very good except for a disastrous experience at the La Cuchina. (overcooked Veal, undercooked Tortellini, everything served cold and they dropped one Entre on the way to the table and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our meal. And nobody ever came to our table to ask if everything was alright! My wife could not even eat her cold, overcooked meal and we got up and left!)

For a pleasant change, we were able to find ample lounges on several decks any time we wanted to get some sun. The "lounge police" were finally doing their jobs marking and clearing lounge hog's belongings! Thank You NCL for listening to our complaints!

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BF

We had an "accessible" cabin so it was larger than the standard Balcony. Everything worked fine and it was clean and ready when we arrived. We were fortunate to have a great cabin stewart (Mark) that quickly learned our schedule and made sure our room was ready when we needed it. Having a clean, quiet cabin is so important when you want some rest time.
