We chose this cruise because of the ports that were being visited and also we had never sailed with royal carribean before.

The ship itself is quite tired in a lot of places and in need of re-fit. On the plus side quite small so easy to get around great feel a lot going on in the evenings and day the orchestra were excellent as were most of the shows. A very varied mix of people from many different countries which we enjoyed. Food was also on the whole very good and waiters excellent as were all the staff we encountered.

We had cabin 3612 ocean view and have to say avoid if can. The smallest cabin we have had which would have been okay but very tired looking smelled a bit musty. Window was very rusty and furniture scraped and marked. I also found makeup from person before under bed when went to put cases underneath. Bathroom was decent and shower good. We found it fairly quiet too and near to lifts and convenient for restaurants and getting on and off at docks etc in its favour. However we soon found a smell of which I can only describe as when you clean a bath pipe out at home outside our main door and also inside the door and when opened wardrobe where clothes where stank on occasions. Sometimes was not there but most times was. We did tell main reception and they did try and sort think was coming from waste pipes next to room and also door opposite room for staff clearing cutlery from rooms etc. But only was better for a day or so the. Came back occasionally again.
