We enjoyed our cruise on Anthem. Keep in mind that a larger ship does not necessarily mean more to offer, just more people in this case (in our opinion). We enjoyed our last RC ship Jewel of the Seas as much as Anthem, maybe even more. We were in a balcony stateroom on deck 8, 582; really a nice room, but the bed was so uncomfortable that we dreaded going to bed and woke up aching every morning. Our steward added several layers of comforters, but the bed was so hard it just didn’t help much. We have been on older ships in lower category staterooms with more comfortable beds. Overall a good cruise though. We probably will not take a cruise with so many sea days again. We did shore excursions in Bermuda and St Marteen. Kayaking in Bermuda was excellent, but didn’t leave time for a trip to Hamilton, so we shopped the cruise port for a bit before returning to the ship. In St Marteen we did the Rhino Rider excursion, which was very fun! Keep on mind that you will have to swim ashore when you get to the beach and will not be able to take anything with you because they tell you that you get soaked from head to toe; not Completely true.
