Where to begin...ship is old. Despite upgrade a couple of years ago, still old. Food...generally bad. Cagneys, Le Bistro and Asian were ok. Modenos was well terrible. Buffet was hit or miss. Casino was a casino but if your a player management were cold. Service was generally good. Staff were as friendly as they could be. No point in getting a Haven Suite. Regular Suites got the same thing. They used Moderno or Cagneys for breakfast and lunch for suite guests. Every time went there food and service was deplorable. Guest Service folks were great once you got to them as the lines were unacceptable. Ports are what you expect them to be but if your in Bruge do not book the Express Shuttle. Complete ripoff. Dump you off a long way from town. Better off with a cab. In fact NCL excursions should be not considered. Book a car or a cab. Room... had a 2 bedroom suite. Beware of where you are. We were deck 11. Every morning between 5:30 and 6 heard them setting up chairs etc. Banging was continuous and constant. If your going to northern Europe consider another line.
