We sailed the Nordic fjords from Kiel with our adult children.
The cabins are quite OK, not a lot of space for storage, bit dark colors. Still cleaning twice a day, not really necessary for us.
Very large ship, very crowded, specially because we had bad weather and everybody was searching inside convenient seating. There are many lifts, maneuvering through the ship is easy and quick.
Going ashore quick every time, how ever long waiting times at the security check getting back on board.
Food overall pretty good.
The easy drinking package gives you cheap drinks of low quality for 30 euros/ day, overpriced!!
Staff not more than average, some very rude (you have whole day, one European in a bar told us).
Very disappointing, our cabin was again (!!) changed by MSC without informing us. We booked 3 cabins together, they ended up scattered over the ship. We won't book MSC again, they just change your cabin as they like to do....

This cabin is situated in a corner and very dark, very limited view (max. 80 degrees, looking back), no sunshine at all. From your bed you see a big white wall. There is also a huge roof above, the 14th floor must be even worse.... We did not use the balcony at all, no fun sitting there....
Why the world do you design a cruise ship like this.
