This cruise was chosen by friends. The food was mediocre at best in the dining room and Raffles buffet. Raffles was always too crowded and waiters to clean up tables were scarce. They serve ice cream soup in dining room and Raffles. When asked why they can't serve ice cream properly frozen they said because they lack the proper refrigeration.

We experienced polluted brown water on three occasions in our cabin. Each time called passenger services they said to let in run for 3 to 5 minutes and it would clear, they failed to apologize or offer any explanation. Running water for more than 10 minutes didn't help to resolve the brown color. Once in the dining room the waiter asked if we minded if our "drinking water" had color, we told him of course we mind. Apparently the problem was ship wide, passenger services could have provided notices, warnings and information, but they didn't.

One of our friends cabins reeked of sewer smell. It took them 2 days to find a plumber to fix the problem. It was so bad they actually slept in another friends room.
