We took this cruise to celebrate me and my best friend's graduation! Since we are both 18, my mom booked the stateroom and arranged all our excursions. My 10 year old sister came along too. Embarkation was more chaotic than usual, as the gangway on deck 3 had a malfunction so all embarkation and debarkation was carried out on deck 0. So, naturally, debarkation was much more chaotic as well.
Our stateroom was on deck 11, which comes with spa privileges. However, we learned that the spa privileges are only available to be claimed by 2 people in the room and we had 3 eligible persons staying in the cabin, so an extra spa pass had to be bought at $112. Another issue we had was that when we got into our cabin, they didn't have the right layout for our beds, nor the right names displayed on the "welcome" screen. The bed issue didn't get fixed until after dinner, and the names weren't brought up again. We also soon discovered that our refrigerator didn't work. I attempted to call our steward many times to ask about it or possibly just getting an ice chest set up, but he never answered. Eventually, after messing with the refrigerator for a while (I'm not exactly sure what she did) my mom managed to make it work somehow. I never saw the steward that much the entire trip, although I heard my friend interact with him once when he stopped by to ask if we needed any towels.
Dining was amazing, our servers were absolutely stellar with their service. Our dining time was set as early dining in the Crimson dining room. I really wish I could remember the names of our servers so I can give them the recognition they deserve but they were A+. Our table was 366.
Not for 4 people. Was really crowded.
