My first cruise but my wife's seventh we chose this at fairly short notice because we wanted to visit Cuba. Getting on and off the ship were a breeze, we boarded early it took us a total of about 20-30 mins from when we entered the terminal until we were on the ship. Just please remember it's a small ship not a mega ship, a great place to unwind and de-stress, having said that there are enough things for kids to do as well. It was a wonderful first cruise for me and my wife said the best she's been on by far, she been on them all. There were a lot of Europeans, South Americans and Aussies on board which made it more fun for us, learning about them and their Countries. MSC converts we are, can't wait for the next one, sooner rather than later i hope.

Cabin was nicely laid out, bathroom was large with a bath and the balcony was a good size. Everything was spotlessly clean from day 1 until we left the ship. Our cabin steward, Anna, was amazing nothing too much trouble and always had a smile on her face.

We dined almost exclusively in La Pergola which was very good, praise to the Manager and Host Brenda who were brilliant all the time. The food was excellent every meal, in fact after the 3rd Day we had trouble choosing, the Manager asked if we trusted him? We did and he chose our meals almost every day from the on and he didn't disappoint us once. We ate at the buffet on the day we got there and the roast beef was very good. All bars and other eating areas looked to be good as well.
